| This workshop is conducted at the client's location. Optimum size is between 25-40 participants. This can be structured as a 1/2 day or a full day workshop. The foundation of this training is structured learning activities and group interaction. The team will have to cross an electronic maze, without talking; create geometric patterns while blind-folded; design a new process to meet a customers goals; use building blocks to erect the most profitable tower; and seek creative solutions to every day problems. The group feedback process also provides insights to improving operations and better communication channels between team members. | |
