KIDS HAVE IT! ADULTS DON'TKEYNOTE
Creativity - of course! If you ask a room full of adults, "How many of you can draw?", only a small percentage of them will raise their hands - but ask a room of first graders, and it is a different story. This presentation will explore the wonderful world of creativity and the human mind. Why do we as adults shut down this creative ability and how we can rediscover it. In this nontechnical, fun-filled session we will look at some of the things that our brain does to help us as well as hinder us. We will also examine the left-brain / right-brain functions and give you techniques to improve your own memory.

ATTITUDE IS LIFE MOTIVATIONAL
Did you know you can enhance your performance by changing the way you think about yourself? This motivational session offers a series of tips and techniques designed to help you maintain a positive attitude. Whether your concern is in the work place or in your personal life, how you feel inside, affects your total well-being and how you perform. You have a choice, which Attitude do you want - Positive or Negative?

LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR THE FUTUREKEYNOTE
What does it take to be a leader in today's business? With employees being "empowered" what skills are needed? This session will:
  1. Define the types of leadership styles;
  2. Describe factors affecting leadership style:
  3. Discuss the concept of power and identify the sources of power available to the leader.
INTERPRETING NONVERBAL COMMUNICATIONSBREAK-OUT
Most of our communications with others requires more than just the use of words. This session will examine 8 of these areas of communication. Being more aware of the multiple messages that others send us, will make you a better communicator in the office, at home, and in social contacts. What messages are others sending you and how do you interpret them? Remember ... One CANNOT NOT Communicate!

CONTROL YOUR TIME, YOUR DESK, AND PHONEBREAK-OUT
Each of us has 168 hours to use each week. No more, no less. Do you feel the need to more effectively use the time that you have? This session will examine: time wasters and ways to eliminate them; how to handle interruptions; planning your time; prioritizing your activities; and organizing your desk for efficiency. Can you see the top of your desk? Can any one in your organization retrieve a particular document or file from your office in less than 3 minutes? Have you ever named a file on your computer, and then forgot what you named it? We certainly hope the you have the Time to attend this session.

NEGOTIATE FROM STRENGTHSKILL BUILDING
Everyone negotiates. The question isn't whether you will be a negotiator, the real question is how good a negotiator you are going to be. If you can answer YES to all 3 of the following questions, you should get ready to negotiate:
  1. Are you comfortable negotiating in this particular situation?
  2. Will negotiating meet my needs?
  3. Is the time and energy spent worth the benefits I can receive?
This session involves audience participation. Audience members form pairs, one is a buyer and the other is a seller. They have 5 minutes to reach an agreement as to price of the item. We then discuss what was done correctly, and what could have been improved.

STRESS FOR SUCCESSBREAK-OUT
Life is full of changes. Each change causes some degree of stress. Do we always know when we are under too much stress? What are the effects of stress on the human body? What can we do to help us get through times of extreme stress? This fun, lively session will address these and other questions. You will have the opportunity to evaluate you own "Type A" personality and its potential effects upon your health. The value of this session goes beyond your work environment, and can certainly be applied to family and community.

BUILDING TEAMS THAT WORKBREAK-OUT
In today's business environment, it is crucial that all employees in the company work as an efficient "Team". This program emphasizes the importance of: The Team's Vision; Key Organizational Issues; Effective Team Communication; and Action Planning. Audience will participate by suggesting different ideas that they have found effective in their companies.

BUILDING TEAMS THAT WORKWORKSHOP
This workshop is conducted at the client's location. Optimum size is between 25-40 participants. This can be structured as a 1/2 day or a full day workshop. The foundation of this training is structured learning activities and group interaction. The team will have to cross an electronic maze, without talking; create geometric patterns while blind-folded; design a new process to meet a customers goals; use building blocks to erect the most profitable tower; and seek creative solutions to every day problems. The group feedback process also provides insights to improving operations and better communication channels between team members.
